Prosthetic 2

Single Tooth and Quadrant Prosthetics

(20 CPD)   Pre-requisite Protocols 1

Course Outline

This prosthetic implant course addresses treatment planning options for fixed partial dentures, treatment planning the maxilla, occlusal evaluation and premaxillary implant prosthetics, esthetic anterior single tooth implants, abutment selection for cemented and screw retained prostheses, direct and indirect techniques of prosthesis fabrication, and crown height space considerations. It also addresses cemented prostheses principles, implant protective occlusion and progressive bone loading, joining implants to teeth and the use of occlusal materials. Common complications in implant prosthodontics.

Hands-on training workshops and live prosthetic demonstrations are an integral feature of Prosthetic 2.
